THE NUGGET GROUP · TAURANGA, NEW ZEALAND

Four teams. One group.

Marketing, systems, events and agents. Built by the same people, in the same office, arguing about the same businesses. Pick the door you came for, or start with the one that runs the rest.

Build it yourself, in one day.

Two guides, one for each kind of business. Every step, every prompt and every diagram, from an idea at 8.30 to something live at 4.30. Pick the one that fits.

WHY FOUR AND NOT ONE

Because they are genuinely different jobs.

An agency that says it does everything usually does one thing well and subcontracts the rest. We split them instead. Four teams, each with people who do only that, sharing one office and one set of systems. Nothing gets handed between companies who have never met.

  1. 01Same office, same whiteboard, different arguments.
  2. 02One set of systems underneath all four.
  3. 03Nothing subcontracted to a stranger.

THE FOUR

Pick the one you came for.

Most people arrive for one and end up using two.

HOW THEY FIT TOGETHER

Most clients start with one.

A business usually arrives needing one of the four. What they find is that the four are connected, so the ads know what the CRM knows, the content is made from the same shoot the event was filmed on, and the agent answering at midnight is reading the same records as everybody else.

  • Ads that know what the CRM knows
  • Content made from the shoot that filmed the event
  • An agent reading the same records as the team
  • One invoice instead of four suppliers
  • One group accountable for the result

WHO RUNS IT

Three people you will actually speak to.

Nic Haldezos founded Nugget Creative and the group it grew into, after the New Zealand Army at eighteen and a career running marketing as a CMO across America, Europe, Asia and Australasia. Cassidy Skelton built an audience of sixty thousand before she built anyone else's, and runs the creative. Rich Tangney spent thirteen years as a clearance diver in the Royal New Zealand Navy and has founded five companies, including co-founding Edison.
